Role & Responsibilities
- Drive brand sales performance, market share, and category leadership metrics; manage inventory, testers, and promotional materials; prepare competitive analysis and performance reporting
- Lead and optimize Dior sales team scheduling and execution; maintain consistent zoning and visual standards; ensure impeccable staff grooming and brand representation at all times
- Execute flawless operational standards across all brand spaces; update point-of-sale materials for product launches; deliver promotional activations and product displays with zero defects; troubleshoot operational issues rapidly and effectively
- Serve as the primary Dior liaison within the store; align store teams around brand objectives; develop and execute independent promotional plans and activations; foster collaborative relationships with competing brand teams
Qualifications
- Mastery of sales techniques and client consultation
- Deep expertise in fragrance, skincare, and makeup categories; ability to provide personalized makeup consultations and product recommendations
