Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of sales performance and profitability targets while maintaining the highest service standards
• Drive and monitor store performance in alignment with key performance indicators and manage all commercial store operations
• Provide strong support to headquarters through analysis of results, relevant reporting, and development or corrective action planning
• Monitor competitive environment and identify business development opportunities
• Actively drive implementation and success of all brand initiatives, motivate staff, manage internal and external communications effectively, and ensure successful campaign execution
• Optimize inventory levels and sales through analysis of sales data and communication with back-office departments
• Represent the brand image to customers, external stakeholders, and the sales team
• Foster customer and service-centric culture within the team and deliver world-class customer experience in the boutique
• Proactively develop and execute initiatives to drive store traffic, develop customer loyalty, and ensure service excellence and new customer acquisition
• Manage and lead team members focused on customer and customer relationship management, including effective use of CRM tools
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards as defined by the Visual Merchandising department
• Communicate brand, company strategy, projects, and objectives to the team and provide regular feedback
• Manage and motivate team members' daily work and long-term development in a supportive environment
• Effectively utilize company tools and training to manage performance and enhance all team members' skills and knowledge
• Set individual objectives for team members
• Model exemplary behavior for all boutique activities and regulations
• Create schedules according to team and business needs
• Ensure team knowledge of brand history and product information across all categories
• Assist in recruiting high-quality team members and ensure retention through effective management of their onboarding and performance
• Ensure team adherence to Dior standards in brand knowledge, behavior, and performance
• Define and manage daily administrative operations of the boutique; ensure execution and tracking of retail performance tools such as ATR and IT equipment
• Effectively manage inventory based on quantity and sales guidelines; ensure inventory accuracy
• Ensure business compliance across the boutique and team; verify all company procedures meet standards including cash handling, inventory, IT, and security
• Ensure health and safety management of the boutique and team in alignment with brand and legal expectations

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a store or boutique manager
• Experience managing a team of 5–10 people
• Strong track record of retail performance in sales and profitability
• Luxury retail industry background is preferred
