Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily management of the fragrance boutique and its team, fostering strong team spirit, motivation and adherence to Dior standards and SOPs.
- Set and monitor individual and collective KPIs; coach team members using Dior training materials and tools to elevate sales and service performance.
- Drive sales performance across in-store and online channels by deploying product, service and promotional levers; plan local activations tailored to the store’s catchment.
- Manage clienteling and CRM activities: acquire, retain and grow the client base through targeted outreach and boutique events.
- Act as a visible sales leader on the floor to ensure a welcoming environment and to model the D.I.O.R. service approach, delivering memorable customer experiences.
- Analyse sales and inventory data to optimise stock levels, merchandising and assortment; liaise with supporting departments to improve sell-through.
- Oversee daily operations and reporting: shift planning, order processing, stock management, sales reporting and ensuring all retail tools function correctly.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards and strengthen relationships with the retailer and internal stakeholders to guarantee successful execution of brand initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years’ management experience in luxury retail with a proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Demonstrable experience operating in a prestige beauty or fragrance environment.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in coaching, developing and motivating teams to meet commercial and service objectives.
- Fluent Mandarin required; professional English communication skills preferred for larger stores or flagship locations.
- Excellent commercial acumen, numeracy and the ability to interpret sales data to make informed business decisions.

Five or more years of management experience within luxury retail, preferably in beauty or fragrance, with a sustained record of sales and profitability performance.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
