Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store-level revenue performance.
  • Deliver exemplary client service aligned with brand standards, including clienteling and relationship cultivation.
  • Maintain impeccable product presentation and overall boutique environment to preserve luxury brand experience.
  • Execute store-level customer-management initiatives and brand campaigns to drive client acquisition and retention.
  • For team-leader roles: analyse performance, define action plans, coach and motivate the team, and conduct onboarding and job training for new hires.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail sales (greater depth required for team-leader roles).
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality client service.
  • Demonstrable ability to coach, motivate and develop retail team members (for supervisory positions).
  • Strong knowledge of luxury fashion and leather goods; professional presentation and brand ambassadorship.
