Christian Dior Couture seeks a Boutique Operations Manager in Atlanta, GA to oversee payroll, inventory, facilities and back-of-house operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day non-selling operations of the boutique including payroll, POS functions, shipping & receiving, alterations, and after‑sales processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across security, safekeeping of funds/property, personnel practices, inventory control and record-keeping.
  • Produce, maintain and distribute operational reports and documentation to Corporate and boutique leadership; execute regular inventory cycle counts and monitor receiving, transfers, damages and returns-to-vendor.
  • Oversee facilities and equipment maintenance — including HVAC, electrical, security and communications/MIS systems — and ensure physical premises comply with safety codes.
  • Train, coach and supervise associates and department managers on operational procedures (POS, returns, alterations, safety/security); assist in workforce scheduling and payroll administration to meet budgetary targets.
  • Lock and secure the store; enforce opening/closing and loss‑prevention procedures and coordinate with central distribution and corporate inventory control when required.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues affecting service, efficiency and productivity; exercise judgement and discretion in daily operational decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years' experience in retail operations with demonstrated responsibility for back‑of‑house functions; luxury fashion experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience supervising and developing retail teams, with the ability to coach associates and enforce consistent standards.
  • Solid knowledge of POS, inventory control and loss‑prevention processes and procedures.
  • Strong organisational skills with capacity to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment and manage payroll and scheduling within budgetary constraints.
  • Clear, concise communicator with the ability to produce operational documentation and provide instruction to department managers and associates.
  • Available to work on-site with a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
