Dior seeks experienced Boutique Manager at Xinxiang Fandonglaai to lead cosmetics counter operations and drive sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the team to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Execute current month marketing campaigns and promotional activities accurately
- Ensure counter display standards, inventory management, sales reporting, staff appearance, training delivery, and customer retention protocols are maintained
- Communicate company policies, procedures, and operational requirements to counter staff
- Collect and analyze retail environment and competitor activity data; report findings regularly to direct management
Qualifications
- Extensive department store retail counter management experience, preferably in cosmetics
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education preferred
- Advanced knowledge of makeup application and skincare science
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to train and develop retail staff
Skills
Experience
Extensive experience managing cosmetics or beauty counters in department store retail environments, with demonstrated ability to lead teams and meet sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in business, retail management, or cosmetics/beauty preferred.
