Christian Dior Couture seeks an experienced Boutique Manager for its Warsaw boutique; lead team, drive sales, and uphold luxury standards.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement succession planning and retention strategies for key talent within the boutique
  • Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that embodies Christian Dior values
  • Promote development of the team's sales and management competencies
  • Conduct annual evaluations of the entire team based on multiple performance criteria
  • Drive boutique activity using KPIs to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Develop and execute strategies to support operational efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor sales reports and merchandise needs to ensure optimal stock levels and execute window displays
  • Collaborate with the Retail Director and Head Office departments on sales initiatives, events, trunk shows, and team management
  • Provide regular reports and analysis to inform business development initiatives
  • Ensure continuous client acquisition while elevating the loyal customer base
  • Develop and maintain a qualitative customer network as a brand ambassador
  • Coordinate in-store events and participate in local market activities
  • Analyze and optimize customer management and CRM systems
  • Ensure compliance with all established company policies, procedures, and inventory protocols
  • Oversee back-office organization and optimize stock management
  • Maintain boutique floor coverage to ensure clients feel welcomed

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in luxury retail or comparable field in a management position
  • Qualitative and in-depth understanding of local current and potential customers
  • Proven experience working with financial reports, budgets, KPIs, and developing data-driven action plans
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication skills with strong service consciousness
  • Deep understanding and appreciation of the luxury fashion industry and retail environment
  • Commercial mindset with business-driven thinking
  • Fluent in Polish and English; additional language proficiency is preferred

Experience
