Christian Dior Couture seeks a Boutique Manager in Warsaw to lead the boutique team, drive sales and deliver excellence in client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, recruit, train and coach a high-performing boutique team; implement development and succession plans to retain key talent.
- Set and drive commercial objectives through rigorous KPI tracking, actionable sales plans and regular performance analysis.
- Manage customer acquisition and loyalty strategies, cultivate a qualitative client network and act as brand ambassador at in‑store and external events.
- Oversee merchandising standards and visual presentation; coordinate with Visual Merchandising and Buying to maintain appropriate stock levels and execute window and in‑store displays.
- Ensure operational compliance across retail processes, inventory controls and back‑office organisation in collaboration with Retail Operations.
- Plan and supervise boutique floor coverage to guarantee a consistently welcoming client experience and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury retail or equivalent, with prior responsibility for team management and boutique operations.
- Demonstrable experience using KPIs, financial reports and budgets to build action plans and drive sales performance.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to inspire, coach and evaluate staff.
- Fluent in Polish and English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Deep appreciation of luxury fashion, strong commercial mindset and high service orientation.

Experience
At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in luxury retail management or a comparable customer‑facing commercial role, with proven results in team leadership, P&L awareness and KPI‑driven growth.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Fashion, Retail Management or a related discipline preferred.
