Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual sales targets and drive revenue growth through effective team management and customer engagement
  • Recruit, train, coach, and manage all boutique employees; conduct performance reviews and ensure compliance with payroll budgets
  • Oversee merchandise placement, visual displays, and stock rotation to optimise sell-through and minimise losses
  • Develop customer database and enhance clientele service through seasonal promotions, trunk shows, events, and after-sale engagement
  • Manage financial performance including multi-million-dollar sales volumes, review operational reports, and maintain payroll budgets
  • Conduct monthly sales goal assignments and review client book development with sales associates
  • Coordinate seasonal product trainings, launches, and in-store merchandising campaigns in line with brand image and market needs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, security protocols, and safety standards; conduct quarterly emergency procedures meetings
  • Maintain clear communication channels with Head Office, share best practices with retail partners, and provide feedback to buying team

Qualifications
