Parfums Christian Dior in Berlin seeks a Boutique Manager — Perfumes & Cosmetics to lead the counter, drive CRM and retail KPIs in a permanent full‑time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the boutique counter autonomously, owning daily operations and delivering sales targets and retail KPIs.
- Recruit, coach, motivate and develop a high‑performance team, including staff scheduling and personnel planning.
- Deliver personalised, guideline‑compliant client consultations across fragrance, make‑up and skincare.
- Build, nurture and expand an exclusive customer base through clienteling and bespoke CRM activities.
- Manage CRM database activities, run targeted clienteling campaigns and monitor their performance.
- Ensure exemplary service standards and act as a role model for customer‑centric behaviour.
- Provide regular performance reporting, competitive benchmarking and trend analysis to inform merchandising decisions.
- Oversee stockroom management and coordinate assortments with the back office to optimise availability.
Qualifications
- Commercial apprenticeship in retail or comparable qualification with a trade focus.
- Several years' experience in premium or luxury retail with responsibility for revenue delivery.
- Proven experience leading and developing a high‑performance store or counter team.
- Demonstrable track record in developing and leveraging a CRM/client network.
- Sound knowledge of the cosmetics, fashion and luxury sectors and consumer trends.
- Fluent German and English; Russian, Mandarin or Arabic is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret KPIs and translate them into actions.
- Confident sales and communication skills combined with an empathetic, hands‑on leadership style.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in premium or luxury retail, including several years managing a store or counter team and demonstrable success in CRM-driven client development.
Education
Commercial vocational qualification in retail (e.g., Kaufmännische Ausbildung) or equivalent qualification with retail/commerce focus.
