Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop commercial strategy for the boutique and drive revenue performance in collaboration with the Retail Manager
  • Organize and evaluate commercial promotions, recommending improvements to maximize effectiveness
  • Welcome and advise local and international clients, ensuring differentiated service and long-term loyalty
  • Establish and supervise CRM and clienteling initiatives to build personalized relationships with the client base
  • Monitor competitive landscape and identify commercial development opportunities
  • Analyze and report weekly and monthly sales results and metrics
  • Build partnerships with other LVMH maisons to expand the client base and generate additional revenue
  • Develop team competencies across product knowledge and sales techniques through continuous training
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members while ensuring career progression and succession planning
  • Define team member roles and objectives, motivate staff through commercial challenges, and foster engagement
  • Ensure optimal utilization of digital marketing tools and monitor results
  • Lead sales teams in building client portfolios and creating lasting, personalized relationships
  • Serve as guardian of the maison's excellence standards on the boutique floor
  • Enforce merchandising and grooming guidelines

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in luxury retail or department store environments in Paris
  • Strong expertise in luxury fragrance and the three-axis beauty product range
  • Track record of managing and developing large teams (5+ people) in high-performing boutique or department store settings
  • Recognized leadership capabilities and ability to unite and motivate diverse teams
  • Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) or higher in commerce, management, or luxury
  • Advanced customer service orientation with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking with proven commercial acumen and results-driven mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)
