Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the boutique to achieve and exceed annual sales targets through strategic planning, KPI monitoring and hands‑on floor leadership.
- Own commercial performance: analyse sales data, identify growth opportunities, implement corrective actions and optimise product mix.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience by exemplifying Dior service standards, cultivating long‑term client relationships and embedding a clienteling culture across the team.
- Recruit, coach and develop a high‑performing team; set clear objectives, conduct regular performance reviews and drive professional development.
- Ensure operational excellence across merchandising, inventory control, visual merchandising, security and housekeeping to protect margin and brand integrity.
- Oversee stock processes, maintain inventory accuracy, minimise losses and ensure full compliance with company policies and internal controls.
