Christian Dior Couture seeks a Boutique Manager in Los Cabos to lead sales, operations and client development for the luxury boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive attainment of annual boutique sales targets across all product categories through effective local planning and execution.
  • Lead, develop and coach the boutique leadership team and Sales Associates to maximise client development, conversion and average transaction value.
  • Oversee all store operations including inventory control, shipping & receiving, aftersales, compliance, security and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling and payroll budgets; partner with Human Resources on recruitment and onboarding of boutique personnel.
  • Coordinate and execute boutique events and in-store activations in partnership with Corporate Office to increase footfall and sales.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and product presentation align with brand directives and advertising campaigns.
  • Analyse sell-through and client feedback; report merchandising and commercial insights to corporate Merchandising teams and recommend local assortment/pricing adjustments.
  • Review operational records and reports to monitor store profitability, resolve operational issues and maintain adherence to company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years' management experience in a luxury fashion boutique or high-end retail environment.
  • Advanced English proficiency; strong ability to communicate clearly and coach teams.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the luxury fashion market and expectations of high-net-worth clientele.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop, motivate and retain sales and leadership talent.
  • Capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced retail setting and to work a schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
