Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets while optimizing store profitability and managing commercial budgets effectively
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a boutique sales team through goal-setting, performance coaching, and comprehensive training aligned with Dior standards
  • Oversee all visual merchandising initiatives in alignment with brand campaigns, inventory levels, and local market dynamics
  • Manage inventory rotations, stock allocation, and minimize losses while maintaining optimal product presentation
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard boutique personnel in partnership with Human Resources, ensuring team quality and compliance with payroll parameters
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, manage employee relations issues, and implement progressive discipline procedures as needed
  • Develop and execute clientele strategies including customer database management, capture rates, and post-sale relationship building
  • Coordinate seasonal promotions, trunk shows, product launches, and in-store events to drive traffic and engagement
  • Maintain strict compliance with company policies, security procedures, emergency protocols, and operational standards

Qualifications
