Christian Dior Boutique Manager in Dubai, UAE – Lead luxury retail operations, manage high-performing teams, and drive sales excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets while optimizing store profitability and managing commercial budgets effectively
- Lead, develop, and inspire a boutique sales team through goal-setting, performance coaching, and comprehensive training aligned with Dior standards
- Oversee all visual merchandising initiatives in alignment with brand campaigns, inventory levels, and local market dynamics
- Manage inventory rotations, stock allocation, and minimize losses while maintaining optimal product presentation
- Recruit, hire, and onboard boutique personnel in partnership with Human Resources, ensuring team quality and compliance with payroll parameters
- Conduct regular performance reviews, manage employee relations issues, and implement progressive discipline procedures as needed
- Develop and execute clientele strategies including customer database management, capture rates, and post-sale relationship building
- Coordinate seasonal promotions, trunk shows, product launches, and in-store events to drive traffic and engagement
- Maintain strict compliance with company policies, security procedures, emergency protocols, and operational standards
- Communicate strategic initiatives and market insights to Head Office while sharing best practices with regional retail partners
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of boutique or luxury retail management experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving commercial profitability
- Strong capability to recruit, develop, and manage high-performing sales teams
- Demonstrated expertise in visual merchandising and inventory optimization
- Excellent understanding of luxury brand positioning and clientele management
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and reporting tools
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to inspire and motivate teams

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail boutique management or equivalent senior-level retail operations role, with demonstrated success in driving sales performance, building high-performing teams, and managing multi-faceted store operations in a luxury environment.
Education
