Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure achievement of sales targets and profitability objectives across assigned boutique operations
  • Drive boutique performance against key performance indicators and manage all commercial activities
  • Provide comprehensive support to headquarters through performance analysis, reporting, and implementation of development or corrective action plans
  • Assess competitive landscape and identify business development opportunities
  • Champion brand initiatives and campaigns with team engagement and effective internal/external communication to ensure successful execution
  • Optimize inventory levels and sales through data analysis and coordination with support departments
  • Embody and project the Dior brand image to customers, external partners, and sales staff
  • Foster a customer-centric and service-focused culture, delivering world-class client experiences within the boutique
  • Develop and implement traffic-driving strategies and customer loyalty programmes while maintaining premium service standards and cultivating new client relationships
  • Lead and motivate team to deliver exceptional customer and relationship management outcomes using designated tools and processes
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards established by the visual display department
  • Communicate brand, company strategy, initiatives, and objectives clearly to team members
  • Manage and motivate daily operations and long-term development of team members in a supportive environment
  • Perform employee capability assessments, skill development, and knowledge enhancement across all team members
  • Establish and monitor individual performance objectives for direct reports

  • Create and maintain scheduling according to team and business requirements
  • Ensure complete team knowledge of brand heritage and product information across all categories
  • Recruit and retain high-calibre team members through effective performance management
  • Uphold Dior standards in brand knowledge, behaviour, and performance across the entire team
  • Define and manage daily administrative functions within the boutique; track execution of retail performance tools (ATR, IT systems)
  • Manage inventory effectively based on quantity and sales guidelines while ensuring accuracy
  • Ensure full business compliance across boutique and team operations; maintain adherence to all company procedures including cash handling, inventory, IT, and security
  • Establish and maintain health and safety standards for boutique and team, ensuring compliance with brand and legal requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in luxury retail or boutique operations
  • Demonstrated leadership of teams of 5–10+ personnel
  • Proven track record of strong retail performance in both sales and profitability
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
  • Proficiency with retail systems, point-of-sale software, and standard office applications

Experience
