Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a business or boutique manager, preferably in luxury retail.
- Experience managing a team of 5 to 10 people.
- Proven track record in retail performance, including sales and profitability.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
