Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and greet each client upon arrival, creating an immediate and elevated first impression consistent with the Dior brand.
- Discreetly ascertain the purpose of the visit and guide clients to the appropriate Brand Ambassador or service with poise and efficiency.
- Provide anticipatory, personalised service and curated boutique tours including tailored suggestions and insights about collections and spa offerings.
- Maintain and manage boutique traffic with discretion to preserve an orderly, inviting atmosphere and protect client privacy.
- Operate boutique technology and client management (CRM) systems to log visits, appointments and client preferences accurately.
- Support and participate in special events, clienteling initiatives and private appointments, ensuring flawless execution.
- Sustain the highest standards of boutique presentation, ambiance and front‑of‑house etiquette at all times.
- Resolve routine client inquiries and issues proactively; escalate complex matters to senior staff when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury retail, high‑end hospitality, or another client‑facing environment.
- Impeccable presentation, professional deportment and polished interpersonal skills appropriate for a flagship luxury environment.
- Proven ability to deliver anticipatory service and manage multiple priorities calmly in a fast‑paced setting.
- Strong verbal communication and problem‑solving skills with a proactive, discreet approach to client care.
- Proficiency using CRM and boutique point‑of‑sale/guest management technology.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays according to business needs.

Experience
Minimum 3 years in luxury retail, upscale hospitality, or a comparable client‑facing role with demonstrated success managing front‑of‑house operations and high‑net‑worth clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality, retail or customer‑service training preferred.
