Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide an elegant, warm welcome to every client and create a positive first impression that reflects the Dior spirit.
  • Discreetly ascertain visitors’ needs, direct inquiries and coordinate introductions to the appropriate Brand Ambassadors.
  • Manage boutique flow and maintain an orderly, inviting atmosphere while safeguarding client privacy and comfort.
  • Deliver anticipatory, high‑touch service including guided boutique tours and tailored recommendations.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Dior collections, services (including spa offerings) and maison heritage to support client engagement.
  • Operate boutique technology and client management systems to log visits, appointments and follow‑up actions.
  • Support special events, clienteling initiatives and uphold the highest standards of boutique presentation and ambiance.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in luxury retail, upscale hospitality or a comparable client‑facing environment.
  • Exceptional verbal communication, interpersonal skills and polished presentation.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering flawless service.
  • Professional, poised demeanor aligned with the Maison’s standards.
  • Ability to perform under pressure, manage competing priorities and resolve client issues proactively.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Experience
