Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales objectives.
• Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive boutique performance.
• Monitor luxury market trends and consumer behavior to optimize product assortments.
• Cultivate relationships with VIP clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure operational excellence by adhering to internal procedures and policies.
• Manage inventory, oversee restocking, and ensure attractive product presentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams for special events and product launches.
• Maintain high customer service standards, ensuring personalized and exceptional experiences.
• Set individual and team objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
• Promote a culture of service excellence and high-quality customer interactions.
• Foster team cohesion, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in team management and boutique operations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
• Strong commercial development and performance management skills.
• Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work autonomously, make strategic decisions, and solve problems.
• Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
