Christian Dior Couture seeks experienced Boutique Director in Las Vegas, Nevada for luxury retail leadership role with $150K–$160K base plus bonus.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive achievement of annual boutique sales goals across all product categories and oversee revenue generation through strategic client development and team performance management
  • Develop, mentor, and manage department managers and sales associates to meet and exceed client development and individual sales targets through regular performance reviews and coaching
  • Ensure exceptional client experiences and service standards across all boutique operations and touchpoints
  • Conduct regular management touchbases to review performance metrics, operational efficiency, employee relations issues, and develop comprehensive business strategy
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll compliance to maintain operational budgets and headcount targets
  • Partner with Human Resources to recruit, hire, and onboard boutique sales and leadership team members
  • Manage boutique operating budget including payroll, commercial expenses, and headcount allocation
  • Organize and coordinate special events, trunk shows, and promotional activities in collaboration with corporate office to drive traffic and maximize sales
  • Develop and maintain current product knowledge in coordination with merchandising and training teams
  • Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand direction, seasonal campaigns, and luxury positioning
  • Coordinate and actively participate in in-store promotions including seasonal sales, trunk shows, and contests
  • Report on product sell-through and client feedback to merchandising team and inform inventory recommendations
  • Manage operational processes including shipping and receiving, inventory control, and after-sales service to minimize loss and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, security protocols, personnel practices, fund safekeeping, and record-keeping procedures
  • Review operational reports and records to ensure policy adherence, monitor profitability, and manage payroll budgets
  • Verify accuracy of receiving paperwork, transfers, damages, returns-to-vendor, and charge-backs
  • Ensure adequate security measures and compliance with safety codes and facility ordinances
  • Conduct quarterly emergency procedure meetings with staff and maintain updated emergency contact information
  • Develop and implement strategies that enhance boutique service quality, operational efficiency, and staff productivity

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of boutique management experience in luxury retail
  • Deep understanding of luxury fashion industry and luxury clientele expectations
  • Proven ability to develop, motivate, and train leadership teams and staff
  • Demonstrated capability to build strong internal and external relationships
