Christian Dior Couture seeks Boutique Director in Las Vegas to lead luxury retail operations, team, and client experience with salary $150K–$160K.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive achievement of annual boutique sales goals across all product categories
- Develop, mentor, and evaluate Department Managers and Sales Associates to exceed client development and individual sales targets
- Ensure consistently outstanding client service and experience at all touchpoints
- Conduct regular management reviews to assess performance, operational efficiency, employee relations, and develop business strategy
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll budget compliance for the boutique team
- Partner with Human Resources on recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of sales and leadership personnel
- Manage and control payroll, commercial expenses, and headcount within the boutique operating budget
- Organize and coordinate promotional events with corporate office to increase foot traffic and maximize sales
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge in coordination with merchandising and training teams
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand direction and current advertising campaigns
- Coordinate and actively participate in seasonal promotions, trunk shows, and sales contests
- Report product sell-through and client feedback to the Merchandising Team
- Partner with the Operations Manager on shipping, receiving, inventory management, and after-sales service to minimize stock loss and maximize customer satisfaction
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, security protocols, personnel practices, and record-keeping procedures
- Review operational reports and records to monitor store profitability and ensure policy compliance
- Verify accuracy of receiving documentation, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor submissions
- Maintain adequate security measures and ensure physical facilities comply with safety codes
- Conduct quarterly emergency procedures meetings with staff and maintain updated emergency contact information
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance boutique service quality, operational efficiency, and productivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of luxury boutique management experience
- Deep understanding of luxury fashion industry dynamics and high-net-worth clientele
- Proven ability to develop, motivate, and train leadership and sales teams
- Demonstrated skill in building strong internal and external relationships
- Capability to delegate effectively and follow up with accountability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional listening ability
