Christian Dior Couture seeks a Boutique Director in Las Vegas (Bellagio) to lead sales, operations and team development. Competitive salary and benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own full P&L accountability for the boutique and deliver annual sales targets across all product categories.
  • Lead, mentor and develop the leadership team (department managers) and Sales Associates to maximise client development, conversion and average transaction value.
  • Design and execute boutique commercial strategy with regular management touchpoints to review performance, KPIs and staffing.
  • Manage store operations including inventory control, shipping & receiving, aftersales, loss prevention and compliance with company policies.
  • Control payroll, commercial expenses and headcount to maintain the boutique operating budget.
  • Partner with HR on recruitment, onboarding and talent development; ensure schedules and staffing align with sales forecasts and payroll targets.
  • Coordinate visual merchandising to reflect brand direction and marketing campaigns; drive in-store activations and events to increase traffic and sales.
  • Report sell-through, client feedback and market intelligence to Merchandising and Corporate teams to inform assortment and promotional planning.
  • Ensure store safety, security procedures and emergency preparedness; maintain accurate operational records and paperwork (receiving, transfers, RTVs).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of boutique or store management experience within luxury fashion.
  • Proven understanding of luxury clientele, brand positioning and merchandising principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and motivate a multi-disciplinary retail team; experience managing department managers.
  • Strong commercial acumen: sales forecasting, P&L management, payroll control and expense stewardship.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to delegate, prioritise and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays, and to travel as required.

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 150,000 to USD 160,000 per annum.
