Christian Dior Couture – Boutique Client Development Executive in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Full-time luxury retail client relations role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support client retention and development initiatives in collaboration with the Boutique team and Client Marketing Department, building personal relationships and enhancing overall client experience
  • Recruit new clients both within and outside the boutique, developing multi-sourced clientele to ensure sustained business growth and client engagement
  • Plan and execute product launching events in coordination with the Client Marketing Manager, including invitation management, RSVP tracking, and event support
  • Manage clienteling systems and ensure all sales associates utilize Dior platforms to maintain accurate client records, track purchase behavior, and meet business objectives
  • Coach sales staff on clienteling techniques, service excellence, communication skills, and grooming standards to elevate the boutique's service delivery
  • Process administrative reports, coordinate client information submissions for management, and respond to ad hoc requests from regional and Paris headquarters
  • Facilitate in-boutique programs to raise awareness of client development initiatives and coordinate arrangements for personalized gifts and experiences in accordance with local guidelines

Qualifications

  • University or College degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in high-end niche retail markets
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communications
  • Strong fashion sense and understanding of luxury retail positioning
  • CRM system knowledge is advantageous
