Role & Responsibilities

  • Advise and sell fragrance, skincare and makeup to achieve and exceed boutique sales targets while protecting the Dior brand image.
  • Deliver personalised client experiences through fragrance consultations, make-up applications and instant skincare treatments.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships to drive retention and CRM growth; record and update client data in the CRM database.
  • Activate local commercial initiatives and in-store events; act as an ambassador for Dior during promotions and animations.
  • Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and presentation of the boutique in accordance with internal standards.
  • Participate in stock management activities including inventory counts, stock control and follow-up on discrepancies.
  • Uphold store operating standards: punctuality, roster adherence, grooming and active collaboration with the boutique team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in a similar luxury retail role (perfume, cosmetics, ready-to-wear or equivalent).
  • Available for a fixed-term, full-time contract from 1 June to end of October 2026 in Saint-Tropez.
  • Strong clienteling and CRM capability with demonstrated ability to build and grow a client portfolio.
  • Fluency in French and English at B2–C1 level.
