Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Beauty Sales Advisor (seasonal contract) in Saint‑Tropez, France — June to August. Join the Dior retail team to sell fragrance, skincare and make‑up.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell perfume, skincare and make‑up products while achieving and exceeding boutique sales targets.
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client experiences through consultations, make‑up applications and product demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, CRM activities and accurate customer database entries.
- Participate in local store activations and commercial animations; act as an ambassador for the brand on the sales floor.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and high quality presentation of the boutique in accordance with internal guidelines.
- Contribute to stock management, participate in inventories and report stock discrepancies.
- Adhere to boutique rules of punctuality, grooming and team collaboration, and escalate operational issues to the boutique manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in a luxury retail sales role (cosmetics, perfumery, ready‑to‑wear preferred).
- Fluent French and English (B2/C1 level required).
- Proven track record in clienteling, CRM and achieving sales targets.
- Solid knowledge of perfumes and cosmetics is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail and high standards of presentation.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years in a comparable role within the luxury sector (beauty, perfumes, cosmetics or luxury ready‑to‑wear), with demonstrable sales performance and clienteling experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in beauty/cosmetology is a plus.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Saint-Tropez, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France, with easy access to Nice.
