Role & Responsibilities
- Sell and advise on fragrance, skincare and make‑up; meet quantitative and qualitative sales objectives while upholding Dior’s brand image and service standards.
- Build and nurture client relationships through proactive clienteling, CRM activities and personalised after‑sales service to develop long‑term loyalty.
- Deliver in‑store activations: fragrance consultations, express make‑up services and instant skincare treatments; act as brand ambassador during local events and promotions.
- Ensure exemplary presentation of the sales floor and point of sale: apply internal visual merchandising rules, create attractive product displays and maintain grooming standards.
- Support boutique operations and stock management: participate in inventories, monitor stock discrepancies and ensure back‑office maintenance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar luxury retail role (cosmetics, fragrance, or luxury ready‑to‑wear) with a proven sales record.
- Fluent French and professional English (B2–C1).
- Strong clienteling and CRM proficiency; demonstrable ability to build repeat clientele.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team collaboration and sense of service.
- High standards of personal presentation (Dior grooming) and punctuality.

Minimum three years in a comparable luxury sales position within cosmetics, perfume or fashion, demonstrating strong commercial performance and client development.
Education
