Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Beauty Counter Manager in Copenhagen (Illum flagship) to lead the retail team, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the Illum flagship counter to achieve daily, weekly and monthly retail sales targets and contribute to counter KPIs.
- Drive, motivate and coach the counter team through daily briefs, training on product novelties and sales activations, and individual development plans.
- Design and implement clienteling strategies to recruit, nurture and retain high-value clients both in-store and remotely.
- Manage POS operations, including stock intake, inventory, replenishment, cycle counts and purchase registration according to Dior SOPs.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics (NPS, mystery shopping) and deploy corrective action plans to improve service performance.
- Plan workforce schedules to optimise store traffic coverage and sell-out potential; ensure efficient use of merchandising and promotional materials.
- Implement and maintain Dior merchandising guidelines at point of sale and build strong partnerships with department store management.
- Identify and report business opportunities, competitive activity and operational issues; escalate and propose solutions to retail operations and supply teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of professional retail experience, with significant management experience — ideally within beauty or luxury retail.
- Proven track record of delivering sales results and managing retail KPIs in a competitive environment.
- Fluent in Danish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong leadership and people‑development capabilities with experience running briefings, trainings and performance reviews.
- Solid knowledge of cosmetics and make-up application; passion for beauty, fashion and luxury.
- Organised, results-oriented and customer-service focused with the ability to work on-site and manage shift patterns.

Experience
Minimum 10 years of retail experience with a significant portion in supervisory or managerial roles; demonstrable success in beauty or luxury retail preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, retail management, cosmetics/beauty or a related field preferred; vocational qualifications in beauty or retail management are acceptable.

The successful candidate will be located in Copenhagen, Capital Region, Denmark.
