Role & Responsibilities

• Provide professional and personalized beauty consultations across fragrance, skincare, and makeup categories, recommending suitable products and services throughout the purchasing journey
• Actively contribute to achievement of sales, sell-out, and KPI targets through consistent application of the D.I.O.R. sales methodology
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through active clienteling, scheduling appointments, and executing customer campaigns via the Dior Connect App
• Execute Dior Services and deliver individualized product consultations to enhance the customer experience
• Ensure optimal product presentation and rigorous implementation of Dior merchandising and brand guidelines at the counter
• Actively participate in promotions, events, and animations; contribute to their planning and execution
• Continuously expand product knowledge and participate in trainings, coaching sessions, and brand development programs
• Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and assist with product deliveries, returns, and inventory counts
• Apply internal processes, tools, and DTC systems correctly to maintain operational efficiency
• Maintain counter cleanliness, organization, and impeccable visual presentation in accordance with brand standards
• Collaborate closely and constructively with team members and retail partners to achieve collective objectives
• Ensure compliance with all internal guidelines, processes, and applicable hygiene and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of demonstrated experience in sales, customer advisory, or beauty consultation
• Proficiency as a makeup artist or equivalent hands-on beauty expertise
• Comprehensive knowledge across makeup, skincare, and fragrance product categories
• Fluent German language skills; strong English proficiency
• Exceptional communication abilities and active listening skills
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence, empathy, and service orientation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to luxury service standards

Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience in sales, customer consultation, or beauty advisory, ideally within luxury retail or prestige beauty environments. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Education

No formal educational qualifications specified; professional certifications in makeup artistry, beauty consulting, or luxury retail are advantageous.
