Role & Responsibilities

• Execute in-store and online sales activities as a personal sales consultant, adhering to the brand's D.I.O.R. methodology to deliver exceptional service and unforgettable client experiences
• Demonstrate exemplary service standards and attention to detail at the counter, sensitively identifying and addressing client needs
• Recommend and showcase personalized products, provide complementary solutions across and within categories, and deliver comprehensive beauty consultation
• Communicate brand values and product features with enthusiasm and passion
• Achieve retail sales targets for both in-store and online channels, contributing to monthly store KPIs
• Master brand, category, and competitive knowledge
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with existing clients through in-store and remote engagement
• Drive new client acquisition while increasing repeat visit rates
• Record client data in dedicated systems and execute all customer relationship management and client-focused activities
• Leverage Dior content and operational tools to increase foot traffic, foster client loyalty, and drive engagement
• Understand and apply sales guidelines and operating procedures
• Monitor inventory levels daily, report issues to the counter manager, and ensure adequate stock availability
• Monitor shelf inventory and merchandise new products as needed
• Process cash transactions and reconcile daily revenue (where applicable)
• Execute assigned business and administrative tasks
• Comply strictly with all company systems, SOPs, processes, and employee conduct policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or graduation from a recognized cosmetics academy
• Demonstrated excellence in sales techniques, with luxury retail experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent Mandarin Chinese required; English communication ability preferred for larger locations
• Customer-centric approach with ability to build strong client relationships and identify responsive needs
• Results-oriented and action-driven mindset; consistent ability to deliver outcomes in challenging environments
• Collaborative team player capable of building partnerships and achieving shared goals
• Strong adaptability; ability to succeed in fast-paced, pressurized environments
• Openness to embracing and learning new technologies
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate openly and harmoniously with diverse groups

Skills

Experience

Professional experience in retail and service industries; 1–2 years in the luxury goods sector preferred. Demonstrated track record of strong performance in a luxury retail environment is a plus.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetics academy certification or equivalent qualification preferred.
