Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and premium sales across fragrance, skincare and makeup, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
- Drive and contribute to achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and revenue budgets.
- Apply the D.I.O.R. sales method consistently throughout client interactions.
- Manage client appointments, follow-ups and maintain strong clienteling practices to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Execute on‑floor merchandising and visual standards in accordance with Dior guidelines.
- Plan and implement in‑store promotions, product activations and customer-facing animations.
- Support stock control activities, including regular inventories and accurate merchandising replenishment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail sales or beauty consultancy (cosmetics, skincare, fragrance).
- Comprehensive product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrances.
- Excellent verbal and written German; very good command of English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑centric approach.
- Demonstrated reliability, professionalism and capacity to work effectively within a team.

Minimum 3 years' experience in retail sales or beauty consultancy, with demonstrable expertise across the three product axes: fragrance, skincare and makeup.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in cosmetics, beauty or retail is advantageous.
