The Beauty Consultant at Parfums Christian Dior in Utrecht delivers exceptional client experiences, achieves sales targets and promotes the brand through selling, clienteling and counter operations. The role works closely with Retail teams, Counter Managers, Training, Marketing and Retail Partners; it is permanent and full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute in-store and remote sales activations, acting as a personal shopper.
- Apply the Dior D.I.O.R. selling ceremony throughout the client journey.
- Initiate contact with clients, welcome them, and proactively engage them, including through traffic-stopping activities.
- Identify and understand client needs to recommend tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate products and deliver services to a high standard.
- Recommend complementary products and develop cross-selling.
- Communicate passionately about the brand and its products.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to monthly KPIs.
- Build long-term client relationships in-store and remotely.
- Recruit new clients through authentic, personalised interactions.
- Capture and update client data in CRM systems.
- Carry out clienteling actions using Dior tools, including Dior Connect and iPOS.
- Drive client loyalty and repeat business.
- Ensure merchandising guidelines are consistently applied.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Maintain the cleanliness and visual excellence of the counter.
- Complete operational and administrative tasks.
- Build strong relationships with retail partners.
- Follow company policies, grooming standards and procedures.
Qualifications
- Passion for beauty, luxury and client experience.
- Fluent Dutch and good knowledge of English.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends.
