Parfums Christian Dior Beauty Consultant position in Thurrock, UK. Part-time role selling luxury fragrances and beauty products.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper and providing memorable client experiences through high-standard service
- Initiate contact with customers, welcome them warmly, and identify their needs using the brand D.I.O.R. selling method
- Propose and demonstrate personalized Dior product offerings, recommend complementary products across categories, and communicate brand passion and product knowledge
- Develop and maintain durable relationships with existing clients whilst engaging new clients through genuine human interaction
- Register client data in the dedicated CRM system and perform clienteling activities to drive loyalty
- Leverage Dior Connect and iPad platforms to drive traffic, build client loyalty, and execute targeted actions
- Monitor merchandise displays, stock levels, and shelving inventory; apply merchandising guidelines consistently
- Operate point-of-sale systems and close daily revenues as applicable
- Maintain professional grooming standards and respect all corporate and counter policies regarding attendance and punctuality
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of professional experience in retail or service industry, preferably within luxury retail
- Proven track record of exceeding retail sales targets and delivering excellence in a luxury retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to embrace new technologies and adopt digital tools readily
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage clients authentically

Experience
1–2 years of professional experience in retail or service industry, preferably within a luxury retail environment. Beginner to entry-level candidates with demonstrated passion for beauty and luxury retail are encouraged to apply.
Education
Secondary education minimum; additional qualifications in beauty, cosmetics, or retail management are advantageous but not essential.
