Role & Responsibilities
- Execute in-store and remote sales activations, serving as a personal shopper and applying the Dior D.I.O.R. selling ceremony throughout the entire client journey
- Initiate contact with clients, welcome them proactively, and engage through traffic-stopping techniques to identify and understand client needs
- Demonstrate products and deliver services with excellence, propose complementary items, and drive cross-selling to achieve sales targets and monthly KPIs
- Build long-term client relationships both in-store and remotely, recruit new clients through authentic interactions, and execute clienteling actions using Dior tools (Dior Connect, iPOS)
- Maintain counter merchandising standards, monitor stock levels, ensure visual excellence, and execute operational and administrative tasks while respecting company policies and grooming standards
Qualifications
- Fluent in Dutch with good working knowledge of English
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, or customer service (preferred)
- Passion for beauty, luxury, and client experience
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Beauty and make-up expertise with product knowledge and storytelling ability
- Basic CRM and digital tools knowledge

Beginner-level experience; previous background in retail, beauty, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate foundational sales ability and genuine enthusiasm for the luxury beauty sector.
