Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Beauty Consultant in The Hague, Netherlands to deliver luxury client experiences and drive sales for Dior beauty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in‑store and remote client experiences, applying the Dior D.I.O.R. selling ceremony throughout the customer journey.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to monthly KPIs through proactive selling, cross‑selling and personal shopping activations.
- Build and nurture long‑term client relationships; recruit new clients and execute clienteling actions using Dior tools.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data in CRM systems and leverage Dior Connect and iPOS to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Ensure counter operations and visual standards: apply merchandising guidelines, monitor stock, maintain visual and hygiene excellence, and perform administrative tasks.
- Collaborate closely with Counter Managers, Training, Marketing and retail partners to align on promotions, launches and service standards.
Qualifications
- Fluent Dutch and good command of English.
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, or customer service is an advantage.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, luxury and high standards of client service.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Professional presentation and adherence to grooming and brand standards.

Entry‑level position; prior retail, beauty or customer‑facing experience is beneficial but not mandatory. The role requires readiness to work flexible hours, including weekends and retail peaks.
Education
High‑school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in cosmetology/beauty is a strong plus.
