Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Beauty Consultant in The Hague — full‑time, on‑site role delivering luxury cosmetics consultations and clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver premium in‑store and remote sales experiences that embody the Dior ethos, using the brand’s D.I.O.R. sales method to welcome clients, identify needs, demonstrate products and close sales.
- Achieve and contribute to monthly counter KPIs and retail sales targets through active selling, traffic stopping and personalised consultations, including personal shopping services.
- Develop and maintain sustainable client relationships via on‑site service and remote clienteling; capture and update customer data in Dior systems and execute CRM campaigns.
- Operate Dior retail tools (Dior Connect & Ipos) to generate traffic, schedule follow‑ups and nurture client loyalty.
- Maintain counter presentation and merchandising to Dior standards, monitor stock levels, report shortages and perform assigned operational and administrative tasks.
- Foster constructive relationships with retail partners and comply with company rules on presence, punctuality and Dior grooming guidelines.
Qualifications
- Entry‑level profile; 0–2 years of retail or beauty experience preferred.
- Fluent Dutch and strong interpersonal communication skills (no explicit language requirement stated in source).
