Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the Dior ambassador at the counter, delivering exemplary customer service and embodying the brand’s grooming and presentation standards.
- Drive sales through face-to-face consultations, product demonstrations and personalised recommendations following the D.I.O.R. selling method; meet individual and counter KPIs.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, CRM activities and personalised follow-up.
- Use Dior tools (Dior Connect & Ipos) and the brand database to generate traffic, schedule appointments and support loyalty-building initiatives.
- Execute merchandising standards, manage stock levels, report replenishment needs and maintain the visual and operational presentation of the counter.
- Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks and collaborate closely with retail partners and store teams.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable customer-facing experience or strong motivation for an entry-level role in beauty or luxury retail.
- Availability and ability to work full-time (38 hours/week) with flexible and occasionally physically demanding hours.
- Strong grooming, punctuality and professional presentation in line with Dior standards.
- Proven aptitude for building client relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Comfortable adopting brand tools and digital clienteling platforms; reliable with administrative duties.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level (beginner). Prior retail or beauty experience is advantageous but candidates with limited experience who demonstrate strong customer orientation, commercial drive and a passion for luxury beauty will be considered.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; vocational training or certificate in beauty, cosmetics or retail is advantageous.
