Parfums Christian Dior Beauty Consultant role in Stockholm, Sweden—15h/week temporary contract, 6 months. Luxury retail and sales position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, functioning as a personal shopper and executing the D.I.O.R. methodology—initiate contact, identify client needs, propose personalized offerings, and present complementary products across categories
- Achieve monthly retail sales targets and contribute to retail, clienteling, and customer satisfaction KPIs
- Communicate passionately about the brand and educate clients on product benefits and positioning
- Engage prospective clients through genuine human interaction and cultivate brand loyalty
- Maintain counter merchandising according to corporate guidelines and monitor inventory levels, reporting discrepancies to the Counter Manager
- Execute operational and administrative tasks including stock intake, returns preparation, and counter opening and closing procedures
- Register client data in dedicated systems and ensure customer reachability for future engagement
- Leverage Dior Connect and digital tools to drive foot traffic, develop personalized client strategies, and strengthen loyalty initiatives
- Comply with operational procedures regarding IT systems usage, attendance, punctuality, and Dior grooming standards
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of relevant beauty retail, sales, or client-facing experience
- Strong product knowledge of cosmetics and fragrance, including demonstrated makeup application skills
- Fluent oral and written English and Swedish; additional languages are advantageous
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a retail environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the capacity to build meaningful client relationships
