Dior Beauty Consultant – Skincare Therapist in Xiamen. Deliver luxury spa services, skincare expertise, and sales excellence at Christian Dior boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-store and online sales activities using the D.I.O.R. sales methodology to meet client needs and deliver memorable experiences
- Provide personalized skincare consultations and product recommendations, leveraging Dior diagnostic tools including skin assessment devices and full-face scanning technology
- Deliver premium beauty spa services including professional facial and body treatments to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
- Establish and maintain long-term client relationships both in-store and remotely, utilizing WeChat Work and iPad point-of-sale systems to nurture loyalty and increase repeat visits
- Achieve retail sales targets (in-store and online) and contribute monthly to boutique KPIs
- Maintain exceptional hygiene and quality standards within the beauty spa area and ensure proper product display and inventory rotation
- Monitor daily inventory levels, report stock issues to the counter manager, and maintain adequate product availability
- Operate point-of-sale systems and reconcile daily revenue as applicable
- Lead beauty spa appointments and manage client bookings to maximize occupancy and client retention
- Mentor beauty advisors and skincare specialists in sales techniques (D.I.O.R. methodology, product knowledge, demonstrations, facial anatomy guidance, diagnostic tool usage, and spa service delivery)
- Participate in or organize skincare activities and training sessions (beauty classes, professional training programs) alongside skincare specialists and regional trainers
- Uphold all company protocols, standard operating procedures, policies, and employee conduct standards; maintain strict attendance and punctuality
- Comply with Dior grooming and makeup guidelines
- Participate in public relations activities as required
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of professional skincare therapy experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; graduation from a recognized beauty school is a plus
- Expert facial and full-body skincare techniques with 5+ years of skincare diagnosis and treatment experience (subject to massage assessment)
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese; English communication capability required for larger boutiques
- Advanced cosmetics knowledge, particularly skincare (skin physiology, skin diagnostics, skincare consultation, product formulations, and spa treatment protocols)
- Solid understanding of facial and body anatomy
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic fragrance application and product knowledge
- Ability and willingness to mentor and develop team members in skincare treatment and consultation
- Prior luxury skincare brand experience is preferred
