Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized skincare consultations and professional facial and body treatments using Dior diagnostic tools (skin analyzer, skin scanner)
- Achieve retail sales targets for skincare products through D.I.O.R. sales methodology, ensuring cross-category product recommendations and comprehensive beauty solutions
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through clienteling systems (WeChat Work, iPOS) and drive appointment bookings to enhance customer loyalty and repeat visits
- Provide expert-level product knowledge across skincare categories, including skin functions, diagnostic practices, treatment protocols, and spa-exclusive services
- Train and mentor beauty consultants and skincare specialists on professional selling techniques, product demonstrations, facial anatomy, and diagnostic tool usage
- Maintain pristine spa facilities and counter conditions in alignment with brand quality standards and hygiene protocols
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and execute point-of-sale transactions while coordinating with retail partners
- Participate in skincare workshops and educational initiatives alongside training specialists and external experts
- Uphold all company policies, standard operating procedures, and employee codes of conduct including attendance, punctuality, and Dior makeup guidelines
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of professional skincare experience, preferably with luxury skincare brands
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification from a recognized beauty school
- Exceptional facial and full-body skincare techniques with a minimum of 5 years of diagnostic and treatment experience (massage assessment required)
- Strong sales and customer service capabilities with demonstrated ability to drive results
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese; English language proficiency preferred for flagship locations
- Comprehensive knowledge of cosmetics and skincare, including skin diagnostics, skincare consultation, product range, and professional treatment protocols
- Proficiency in facial and bodily anatomy
- Willingness and ability to mentor and develop team members in skincare diagnostics and client consultation
- Basic knowledge of beauty fragrances and complementary product lines
