Role & Responsibilities
- Execute in-store and online sales activities following the D.I.O.R. methodology, delivering high-standard service and memorable client experiences
- Identify and respond to client skincare needs, offering personalized product recommendations with expert consultations and cross-category product suggestions
- Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to monthly store KPIs through product expertise and client engagement
- Establish and maintain lasting relationships with existing clients in-store and remotely, with focus on new client recruitment and repeat visit optimization
- Register client data in dedicated systems and execute all customer relationship management and client activities
- Utilize Dior tools and platforms (WeChat Work, iPOS) to drive footfall, cultivate client loyalty, and drive engagement initiatives
- Maintain the beauty counter at the highest standards of hygiene and quality, adhering to all operational guidelines and sales procedures
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, displaying new products as required and reporting stock issues to the counter manager
- Operate point-of-sale systems and reconcile daily revenue
- Provide premium beauty counter services utilizing Dior skincare diagnostic tools (skin analysis devices and facial scanning technology)
- Lead beauty counter appointments to ensure client loyalty and satisfaction
- Participate in or organize skincare activities and training sessions in collaboration with skincare trainers and regional experts
- Mentor beauty consultants and skincare specialists on D.I.O.R. sales techniques, product knowledge, demonstrations, and diagnostic tool usage
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of brand, category, and competitive landscape
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, standard operating procedures, and employee codes of conduct
- Comply with company and counter-specific regulations regarding punctuality and attendance, as well as Dior appearance guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, or graduation from an accredited beauty school
- Exceptional facial and full-body skincare techniques with a minimum of five years of professional skincare consultation and treatment experience
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese with excellent written and verbal communication skills; English communication ability preferred for larger boutiques
- Advanced product knowledge in cosmetics, particularly skincare (skin physiology, skin diagnosis, skincare consultation, skincare products, and beauty counter services)
- Strong knowledge of facial and body anatomy
- Proficiency in basic fragrance application and fragrance product knowledge
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to mentor and develop team members in skincare consultation and treatment
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive relationships with retail partners

Experience
Four to eight years of professional skincare experience, preferably in luxury skincare brands; previous experience in the Dior brand or luxury cosmetics is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent qualification, or graduation from an accredited beauty school or cosmetology program.
