Dior Ambassador Beauty Consultant, 22.5 hours per week at Boots Meadowhall, Sheffield. Luxury beauty sales and client experience role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper to deliver a memorable client experience
  • Welcome and initiate contact with customers at counter and through traffic-stopping activities
  • Identify and understand client needs; propose and demonstrate personalized product offers with complementary items across categories
  • Communicate brand passion and educate clients on Dior products using the D.I.O.R. sales methodology
  • Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to counter KPIs on a monthly basis
  • Develop and maintain durable relationships with existing clients through genuine human interaction and CRM activities
  • Leverage Dior content and tools (Dior Connect, Ipos) to drive traffic and cultivate client loyalty
  • Register client data in the dedicated system to ensure reachability and perform all clienteling activities
  • Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels; report insufficient inventory and display new products as needed
  • Operate cash registers and close daily revenues; complete all assigned operational and administrative tasks
  • Apply merchandising guidelines; maintain counter presentation standards in line with Dior grooming guidelines

Qualifications

  • Preferably 1–2 years of professional experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury
  • Proven track record of excelling in retail results and luxury retail environments
  • Strong critical thinking and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Excellent teamwork, collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
