Beauty Consultant Internship at Christian Dior, Seville. Support luxury beauty sales and customer experience in a six-month practicum with extension opportunity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Dior product sales and deliver high-level customer service by applying Dior's Art of Selling under team supervision
- Contribute to achievement of weekly and monthly sales targets
- Educate and advise customers on products and Maison values to foster brand loyalty and knowledge
- Maintain point-of-sale merchandising and visual displays in accordance with corporate guidelines
- Assist in implementation of new product launches, in-store activations, and planograms
- Support stock inventory management and report discrepancies to point-of-sale supervisor
- Perform operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of retail space
- Foster a collaborative, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Secondary education diploma or equivalent in Beauty or related field
- Ability to formalize a one-year practicum contract under Spanish legislation (required)
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) and fluent Spanish
- Basic proficiency in Excel
- Demonstrable curiosity and eagerness to learn about luxury beauty products (fragrances, skincare, makeup)
- Availability for rotating shifts including weekends

Experience
Beginner-level experience preferred in retail, hospitality, or customer service environments, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
Education
Secondary education diploma or equivalent in Beauty or a related field.

The successful candidate will be located in Seville, Andalusia, Spain.
