Role & Responsibilities
- Execute in-store and remote sales activations, functioning as a personal shopper and applying Dior's D.I.O.R. selling ceremony throughout the client journey
- Initiate proactive client engagement, welcome clients with distinction, and identify needs to recommend tailored beauty solutions and complementary products
- Demonstrate products and deliver exceptional services while communicating passionately about the brand and product universe to achieve sales targets and monthly KPIs
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships in-store and remotely, recruit new clients through personalized interactions, and execute clienteling actions using Dior Connect and iPOS platforms
- Capture and update client data within CRM systems to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Ensure merchandising guidelines are consistently applied, monitor stock levels, maintain counter cleanliness and visual excellence, and execute operational and administrative tasks
- Build strong relationships with retail partners while respecting company policies, grooming standards, and procedures
Qualifications
- Fluency in Dutch with proficiency in English
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, or customer service
- Passion for beauty, luxury, and exceptional client experience
- Strong sales and customer service skills with demonstrated ability to exceed targets
- Basic CRM and digital tools knowledge
- Beauty and makeup expertise with strong product knowledge and storytelling capability
- Availability for flexible working hours including weekends
