Dior Beauty Consultant position in Prague: temporary full-time role selling luxury fragrance, makeup & skincare with sales targets and brand training responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct consultative product demonstrations across fragrance, makeup, and skincare, identifying and addressing individual customer needs
- Achieve monthly retail sales targets and drive cross-category product recommendations
- Develop and maintain personal customer relationships through personalised service, sampling, and booking follow-ups
- Educate customers on Dior brand heritage and product benefits
- Maintain Dior visual merchandising standards and optimise in-store brand presentation
- Monitor stock levels and manage replenishment coordination with management
- Train and coach multi-brand retail staff on Dior products, sales techniques, and brand positioning
- Execute in-store Dior events and promotional activities with precision
- Provide flash makeup applications and Beauty Tech services in accordance with Dior standards
- Report field insights and improvement suggestions to the Sales Manager
- Ensure impeccable presentation and cleanliness standards throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of professional sales experience, preferably in high-end cosmetics or luxury goods
- Demonstrated expertise in beauty and makeup application techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with genuine passion for customer engagement
- English language proficiency (preferred)
- Proven ability to work effectively in multi-brand retail environments
