Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper and presenting Dior beauty products tailored to individual client needs
• Welcome customers both at counter and through proactive floor engagement, identify their requirements, and propose personalized product selections following the D.I.O.R. methodology
• Educate clients on brand heritage, product benefits, and complementary offerings across categories, delivering a comprehensive beauty consultation experience
• Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to counter KPIs on a monthly basis through consistent in-store and remote selling performance
• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through genuine interaction, register client data in the CRM system, and execute clienteling activities to build brand loyalty
• Leverage Dior Connect and other digital tools to drive foot traffic, enhance client engagement, and facilitate targeted promotional actions
• Maintain merchandising standards, monitor stock levels, display new products, and perform point-of-sale operations as required
• Uphold all operational, administrative, and attendance protocols while adhering to Dior grooming and brand standards

Qualifications

• Previous professional experience in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury retail for 1–2 years
• Proven track record of achieving strong retail results and thriving in a luxury retail environment
• Demonstrated critical thinking, teamwork, and collaboration abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capacity
• Ability to embrace and rapidly adopt new technologies and tools

Skills

Experience

Preferably 1–2 years of professional experience in retail or service-oriented roles, ideally within the luxury sector. Entry-level candidates with a strong passion for luxury beauty and proven aptitude for retail excellence are encouraged to apply.

Education

No specific educational qualifications are mandated; however, candidates with qualifications in retail, hospitality, business, or related fields are advantageous.
