Role & Responsibilities

• Execute sales activities by identifying and meeting client needs through memorable, high-standard service experiences following the D.I.O.R. brand method
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of Dior brand heritage, product categories, and competitive positioning
• Cultivate durable relationships with existing in-store clientele and engage new clients through authentic human interaction
• Register client data in dedicated systems and ensure appropriate follow-up mechanisms
• Apply merchandising guidelines consistently and monitor stock levels to maintain optimal counter presentations
• Execute all assigned operational and administrative tasks while maintaining corporate attendance, punctuality, and grooming standards
• Maintain constructive working relationships with retailer partners and free-lance personnel
• Advance Dior brand positioning and values through consistent brand ambassador conduct

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in retail or service-oriented industries
• Demonstrated track record of achieving retail sales results within a luxury environment
• Strong cosmetic knowledge and proficiency in makeup application techniques
• Fluent in Finnish (mandatory); strong oral and written English communication skills
• Natural aptitude for embracing and learning new technologies and systems

Minimum 2–3 years of proven professional experience in retail or service sectors, ideally within luxury retail environments, with a documented track record of delivering strong sales results and providing elevated client experiences.

Education

No specific formal educational qualifications are mandated; however, candidates with vocational training or certifications in cosmetics, beauty consultation, or luxury retail are advantaged.
