Dior Ambassador – Beauty Consultant role at Boots Bluewater, Manchester. 22.5 hours per week, permanent part-time position in luxury beauty retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper to meet client needs and deliver memorable experiences
- Welcome customers and initiate contact both on counter and through traffic-stopping initiatives, following the brand D.I.O.R. method
- Identify and understand customer needs, propose personalized product offers, and suggest complementary products across categories
- Educate clients passionately on brand heritage, product benefits, and the Dior approach to global beauty
- Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to counter KPIs on a monthly basis
- Develop and maintain durable client relationships in-store and remotely through genuine human interaction
- Register client data in dedicated systems (Dior Connect & iPOS) and perform all CRM and clienteling activities
- Monitor merchandising guidelines, stock levels, and product displays; report insufficient inventory
- Operate cash registers and close daily revenues where applicable
- Maintain excellent relationships with retail partners and respect corporate, counter, and grooming guidelines
Qualifications
- Preferably 1–2 years of professional experience in retail or the service industry, ideally in luxury
- Proven track record of excelling in retail results within a luxury retail environment
- Demonstrated critical thinking and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Genuine adaptability and comfort with new technologies

Experience
1–2 years of professional experience in retail or the service industry, ideally within a luxury environment. Entry-level candidates with strong soft skills and passion for luxury beauty are encouraged to apply.
