Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper and applying the D.I.O.R. sales methodology
• Welcome clients at the counter and through traffic-stopping; initiate contact and identify customer needs
• Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers with complementary suggestions across categories; deliver global beauty consultations
• Communicate brand passion and educate clients on Dior products, values, and competitive differentiation
• Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to counter KPIs on a monthly basis
• Develop and maintain durable client relationships in-store and remotely; engage new clients through authentic human interaction
• Register client data in designated CRM systems and perform all clienteling and CRM activities
• Leverage Dior content and digital tools (Dior Connect, Ipos) to drive traffic, build loyalty, and execute targeted actions
• Monitor stock levels, report shortfalls, and ensure merchandise displays comply with Dior guidelines
• Operate point-of-sale systems and close daily revenues as applicable
• Maintain strong relationships with retail partners and respect all corporate, counter, and grooming standards

Qualifications

• Preferably 1–2 years of professional experience in retail or service-oriented environments, ideally in luxury retail
• Proven track record of achieving retail sales results and excelling in a luxury retail setting
• Demonstrated critical thinking and strategic thinking capabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to engage clients authentically
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence
• Proficiency with new technologies; readiness to adopt and learn digital platforms readily
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to evolving business needs

Skills

Experience

Preferably 1–2 years of professional experience in retail or service-oriented sectors, ideally within a luxury environment. A proven track record of achieving sales results and delivering service excellence in a luxury retail context is highly valued.
