Role & Responsibilities

• Execute in-store and remote sales activations, functioning as a personal shopper and applying Dior's D.I.O.R. selling ceremony
• Proactively engage clients through traffic-stopping techniques, welcome interactions, and authentic personalized consultations
• Identify client needs and recommend tailored beauty solutions, demonstrating products and services with excellence
• Propose complementary products and develop cross-selling opportunities to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships both in-store and remotely through personalized interactions and clienteling
• Recruit new clients and capture client data in CRM systems (Dior Connect, iPOS) to drive loyalty and repeat business
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, monitor stock levels, and ensure counter cleanliness and operational excellence
• Communicate Dior's brand narrative and product universe with passion, maintaining grooming standards and company policies

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch with good English proficiency
• Passion for beauty, luxury, and exceptional client experience
• Strong sales and customer service capabilities
• Proficiency with basic CRM and digital tools
• Beauty and makeup expertise with solid product knowledge
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Skills

Experience

Beginner-level candidates with genuine passion for beauty and luxury retail are welcome; prior retail or beauty counter experience is advantageous but not essential. The role rewards creative initiative, resourcefulness, and a demonstrated commitment to client-first service principles.

Education

No specific educational qualification mandated; secondary education or equivalent is standard for entry-level retail positions in luxury beauty.
