Parfums Christian Dior is hiring a Beauty Consultant in Maastricht, Netherlands — deliver luxury client experiences and drive sales at the Dior counter.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in‑store and remote sales using the Dior D.I.O.R. selling ceremony; act as a personal shopper and drive sell‑out performance to meet monthly KPIs.
- Proactively approach and welcome clients (traffic stopping), qualify needs, demonstrate products and recommend tailored solutions including cross‑selling and complementary items.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships through personalised clienteling; recruit new clients and execute loyalty actions using Dior tools.
- Capture and update client data in CRM systems and operate Dior Connect and iPOS for sales and client follow‑up.
- Ensure counter presentation and merchandising standards at all times; monitor stock levels, report shortages and maintain visual and sanitary excellence of the point of sale.
- Perform operational and administrative tasks for the counter and cultivate constructive partnerships with retail partners while respecting grooming and company policies.
Qualifications
- Fluent Dutch and good working knowledge of English.
- Passion for beauty and luxury retail with strong customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: empathy, teamwork, emotional intelligence and persuasive communication.
- Attention to detail, high standards of grooming and presentation, and a client‑first mindset.

Experience
Entry‑level (beginner). Previous retail or beauty experience is advantageous but not mandatory; demonstrable customer service or sales aptitude is expected.
Education
Secondary education; vocational training or diploma in beauty/cosmetics or equivalent is preferred but not required.
